Virginia Vale Swim Club

ALC was awarded the site retrofit design for the Virginia Vale Swim Club near Cherry Creek in Denver. In the summer of 2015, we provided land surveying and conceptual designs of how the swim club could be renovated over the next five years. With a large membership and an overwhelming amount of people attending swim/dive meets throughout the summer, a maintenance-sensitive design was necessary to maintain aesthetics without compromising the functionality of the facility. ALC has provided expertise from our landscape architecture, surveying, and civil engineering teams in this highly collaborative project.
