Our Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture, John Olson, will be your primary point of contact for your Planning and Landscape Architecture needs. He is a Colorado Registered Landscape Architect, a LEED Accredited Professional, and an Accredited New Urbanist. John, a founding board officer of the Congress for the New Urbanism Colorado Chapter, is a frequent speaker at conferences on planning and a recent subset of planning known as tactical urbanism.
We work with a broad range of private and public clients on project types including charrette facilitation, campus planning, community redevelopment, comprehensive plans and code updates, master planning, neighborhood planning and entitlements, park planning, small area plans, town planning and trail planning.
