Uplands Townhomes

ALC is working with the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) in redeveloping the Sangre de Cristo Townhomes in southwest Pueblo. Phase one of the redevelopment is the construction of the new Upland Townhomes adjacent to the existing Sangre de Cristo Townhomes. ALC is providing the land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture for the project working in conjunction with Kephart (Denver) and HGF Architects out of Pueblo.
