Though he was born in New York and spent a large part of his childhood in New Jersey, TJ Speach considers himself a true Florida transplant, having spent 15 years in the Sunshine State and graduating from Florida State University in 2014.
Prior to moving to Colorado in June 2018, TJ was sweating it out in Naples, Florida, and after 15 years of living on the Gulf, he was in search of greener pastures and new opportunities. After spending more than three years as a Project Engineer in the Southwest Florida land development industry, he decided to trade in the beach for the mountains and believed Denver would be a perfect place to put his experience to work and progress his engineering career.
TJ found Altitude to be an excellent fit and is excited to contribute to Colorado’s development. In his free time, TJ enjoys seeing live music, watching sports (especially the Noles), attending local trivia nights, and expanding his ever-growing record collection.
