Volta at Voyager – Colorado Springs

Volta at Voyager is a 17-Acre development consisting of 3.70 acres of retail and 13.40 acres of multi-family residential. In 2014, we provided the re-zoning for the property to a PUD from a Planned Industrial Park. Volta at Voyager is representative of the inter-disciplinary relationship at ALC with constant communication between civil engineering and landscape architecture. Low-impact development water quality and detention design is a critical component of this project transforming what is often an eye-sore of development into an amenity. The project is located in Colorado Springs where services provided from ALC on this project include Civil Engineering, Survey, and Landscape Architecture.
