Altitude Land Consultants has been thrilled to work with Pueblo West Metropolitan District (PWMD) in the planning for future infrastructure and needs for the community of over 40,000 people. Currently, we are working with PWMD to study two specific areas under their ownership comprising of over 500 acres of land. An exciting opportunity for one of the parcels is the planning for future walkable urbanism which has the possibility of being a central business district for the community with residential, retail, office and government buildings. The careful, incremental design of the village maximizes the long-term value of the district-owned land and is envisioned to provide a place where the basic needs of the current and future residents can be provided sans automobile.
