Parker Flats

Parker Flats is located in downtown Parker, CO on Pikes Peak Dr. The project consists of 7 buildings, 146 Multi-Family Apartment Units with 150+ Parking spaces, enclosed bicycle storage building, and maintenance shop. The site plan and architecture were designed to allow for the buildings to adapt into storefront retail and office when the market presents itself. ALC provided Planning, Surveying, Civil and Landscape Architecture services.
